Seyni did his schooling in Niamey before enrolling at Abdou Moumouni University where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2015 and his Master's degree in 2017. As a student at the University of Ljubljana from 2017 to 2018 as part of the Erasmus+ program, he studied ethnology. Since October 2019, he is a doctoral student at the Bayreuth International Graduate Sochool of African Studies (BIGSAS) where he is conducting research on interreligious dialogue in Niger. Interested in politics and security issues, he leads reflections on public policies and interactions between military and the civil population.
